ver_1.3

Quick update and announcement going forward.

The current build available is version 1.3, changes between builds have revolved around bug fixes and quality of life changes.

1.3 brings increased volume for the sound and fixes for sprite layering. 

Work will continue to iron out any more inconsistencies, as well as to enhance the games appeal and aesthetic.
